  Directions :‍

  1. Put on like regular pants

  2. Wrap the belly band around your waist as tight as you want 

  (the tighter the band, the more support)
  
3. Tuck your shirt in over the band and zip and button the pants like regular pants. 
(Optional-use a belt/duty belt as you normally would)
